Patrol verification is one of the oldest jobs in operational security — and it's still done with technology a decade behind the rest of the security stack. Most patrol systems on the market today were designed when reliable cellular coverage wasn't a given, smartphones weren't ubiquitous, and "real-time" meant "by tomorrow morning."

CheckPoint started as a side project to solve a frustration on a real patrol contract: "Why am I still using paper to verify rounds in 2026?" The first version went live with a property management client in Massachusetts. The product you see today is the result of every officer, supervisor, and admin who asked for one more thing — and got it.
